Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Flowers on Cue collects through flowersoncue.com and what we do with it. We haven't opened yet, so right now the only information we collect comes from our waitlist form.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- your email address;
- your ZIP code, if you choose to give it;
- the page you signed up from, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link you followed;
- your IP address and browser type, which we use to block spam and abuse.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, or payment details, and we don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your email address to tell you when we open and to send occasional updates before then. We use ZIP codes to decide where to deliver first. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Services that handle data for us
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes basic request information (such as IP addresses) to serve pages and protect the site. Our signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed; it does not set cookies.
When you join the waitlist, we use Resend, an email delivery service, to send ourselves a notification that includes your email address, ZIP code and the page you signed up from. If we use a different provider when we start emailing the list, we'll name it here.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
Your choices
To see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it, email [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.
Children
Flowers on Cue is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell people on the waitlist by email.
